ASPEN HILLS OWNERS ASSOCIATION POLICY NO. 5
January 23, 2006
1. AHOA property owners who want to advertise non-commercial real estate, services or materials on the AHOA website must send $10 to the association secretary for one year service, or until earlier termination by the advertiser. The advertisement must be sent to the board member in charge of the website, or in his/her absence, any other board member, to be forwarded to the web master for posting.
2. Commercial advertisers, AHOA members or not, must send $50, with the same criteria as in #1.
3. Subsequent items in the same advertisements, such as multiple lots, will be $5 for members and $25 for commercial.
4. Fees are subject to change as directed by a vote of the board of trustee
