  1. Got up to our lot this weekend for the first time since early December. Given how easy it was, we probably could have come up a week ago too.

When you are planning on road improvements this year, please consider Badger Creek, at least for the three lots on Badger between Juniper and Edgewood. That is where our lot is located and I don’t think that section has ever been based.

    Thanks!

  2. We had 4 inches of new snow on top of the 10 inches that came from the storm earlier in the week. Only 4 inches or less on roads up to tennis courts but the roads are very soft on the surface and slick as snott. Most of the snow should be melted by sunday mid-day, but the roads will continue to be soft and slippery for a few more days, (without any new moisture). Some drifts still exsist in the shadows and on roads that do not get lots of sun. These areas will be the last to melt. You will tear up the roads if you try to “mud-bogg” it up, or spin-out while pulling a trailer up without 4-wheel drive and at least one axle chained up. These are the current conditions on the mountain. Have fun and be safe.
