I was also wondering what the issue is with the water and also when will the water be turned back on? Before I make the trip from St. George to fill my water tank, I want to make sure I have water.

Yes, it is the same key as the South Gate. However, we are looking into changing all the locks at some point to ensure that only Aspen Hills owners have keys. -Jay

The problems with the North gate contiued to get un-managable for our assocation because the gate is not on Aspen Hills property. Every week Aspen Hills owners would need to pay to have someone come up and let a lower property owner through our gate. This became a very expensive situation. To resolve this the board reviewed all options and decided to move the Aspen Hills gate up the road to AHOA property. Due to this, the North gate will now be hard key only (no card key). This move will ensure more security for our properties. The move should be complete by Friday May 4th. -Jay

To advertise the first lot is $10.00 – for the other 13 lots at $5.00 each all will total $75.00. Or you can make one ad and put in that you have multiple lots for sale – which ever way you want to go.
